Méga Centre Joliette

The commercial and business offerings of the Joliette region are mainly grouped together in four commercial projects located on Firestone Boulevard between Route 131 and Rue Gauthier: Méga Centre Joliette, Galeries Joliette, Carrefour Joliette and Complexe Joliette.

Méga Centre Joliette unites several well-known supermarkets, as well as two restaurants with complementary offerings, Coco Frutti for breakfast/lunch and Rôtisserie Diamonds for lunch/dinner. The mixed restaurant and retail offering is an advantage for our tenants.

With its prime location, Méga Centre Joliette is at the heart of Joliette’s economic activity. The most important job creators are within 10 km of the shopping centre. These include Bridgestone Firestone (700 m), Ciment St-Laurent (2.5 km), the Lanaudière Regional Hospital (3 km) and Kruger (10 km).
